How to Apply:
1) Through members of the Association
2) Through other Konkani Catholic Association
3) Directly from the patients or their relatives.

Documents:
1) Application Form duly filled with a passport size photograph.
2) Contact numbers of the Hospital where he/she is admitted (if applicable). Or doctor contact details.
3) A letter from the concerned Doctor.

* Final decision shall be take by the Scholarship/Medical aid Committee.
